autodock win7 -run autogrid以及autodock运行出错 已有1人参与

大家好，初学运行autodocktools,我把adt.bat，cygwin1.dll以及pdb、pdbqt、dpf、gpf全放在一个文件夹下了，但是一直运行出错，有没有哪位高手帮忙下呀，感激不尽！ 下面是出错的代码： Python 2.5.2 (r252:60911, Feb 21 2008, 13:11:45) [MSC v.1310 32 bit (Intel)] on win32 Type "copyright", "credits" or "license()" for more information. **************************************************************** Personal firewall software may warn about the connection IDLE makes to its subprocess using this computer's internal loopback interface.
