小的近期一篇文章投稿被拒，以下的编辑的信件，请各位高手帮忙分析一下，是否需要通过编辑推荐的机构进行语言润色？我查了一下，大概需要两千元费用，这笔费用可以报销吗？多谢！ DearXXX: I write you in regards to manuscript # JFBC-08-14 entitled "XXXXX" which you submitted to the Journal of Food Biochemistry.
