SCI投稿编辑要求润色，怎么办？ 已有2人参与

投了一个审稿较快但影响因子较低的杂志，三个审稿人，两个建议接受，一个建议小修，但其中有个审稿人提了英语水平应适当提高，英语编辑就说让找润色公司润色，并给了润色公司链接。找人修改后返回，过了两天还让润色。 投该杂志之前文章投过一个还不错的期刊，但由于做的东西不是很新被拒，但在之前的杂志的技术审查时英语是过关的（第一次投的杂志比第二次好很多）。由于课题组经费不多，而且没有润色的先例，应该怎么办？这种情况需要撤稿吗？ 谢谢！ 附上审稿信，觉得全是套话 THIS IS YOUR FINAL CHANCE TO CORRECT THE ENGLISH GRAMMATICAL ERRORS.
