| 中药齐墩果酸为民间常用药，最早载于清《分类草药性》，齐墩果酸为中药岩白菜中的主要活性成分，是一种二氢异香豆素类化合物，除岩白菜外也存在于其它植物中，是一种丰富易得的天然单体化合物。本文拟在前人研究的基础上对齐墩果酸的构效关系进行进一步研究，并在保留基本骨架结构的基础上，对天然活性化合物齐墩果酸进行合理的结构修饰，合成系列衍生物，并通过动物实验，测试其生物活性，发现合成衍生物1,2,3具有较好的抗癌活性。 |

| Oleanolic acid as the folk common medicine ,is the earliest in qing classification herbs, oleanolic acid as the main active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) rock cabbage and the monomeric compound enriching in nature is a kind of dihydrogen coumarin compounds, which is also exists in other plants except the rock of cabbage.This paper would further study the structure-activity relationship for Oleanolic acid on the basis of previous studies, modify it’s structure reasonably and synthesy a series of derivatives based on keeping basic skeleton structure. Besides,we found that the synthetic derivatives of 1, 2, 3 have good antitumor activity through animal experiments to test its biological activity. 供参考 |

| Oleanolic acid is a Chinese folk medicine which is first recorded in the Classification of herbs" in Qing Dynasty. It is the main active ingredient of Chinese medicine Bergenia and belongs to dihydroisoxazole coumarin compounds. In addition to Bergenia, oleanolic acid also presents as a available natural compound in other plants. In this paper, we studied more structure - activity relationship (QSAR) of oleanolic acid based on previous researches. After keeping the basic skeleton and reasonably modifying structure of natural active compounds, we got a series of derivatives. In animal experiments testing the biological activity, those derivatives marked with 1, 2, and 3 have more anticancer activity. 个人拙见，仅供参考。祝顺利！ |
