本文主要介绍了3-溴丁酸甲酯的合成工艺。3-溴丁酸甲酯作为重要的医药中间体，市场需求越来越大，国内外对3-溴丁酸合成工艺的研究也越来越多。我们从多条合成工艺中选择成本最低的一条的合成工艺来实现3-溴丁酸甲酯的工业化。首先以价格便宜的巴豆酸为原料，在70-80 ℃之间合成巴豆酸甲酯，在巴豆酸甲酯合成过程中尝试了不同催化剂对对巴豆酸甲酯的合成收率的影响，得出浓硫酸的催化效果最好，巴豆酸甲酯的收率可达到95%。由第一步合成的巴豆酸甲酯乙酸做溶剂与溴化氢加成合成3-溴丁酸甲酯，探究不同反应条件下3-溴丁酸甲酯的收率，得出当实验温度为10℃，物料比（溴化氢：巴豆酸甲酯）为1.8:1的条件下3-溴丁酸甲酯的收率最高，可达90%。 关键词：巴豆酸 巴豆酸甲酯 3-溴丁酸甲酯 |
