| 藤茶(Ampelopsis grossedentata)是葡萄科蛇葡萄属的一种野生藤本植物,经化学分析,藤茶是富含黄酮类化合物的一种植物,为了真正实现物尽其用,进一步研究在藤茶中提取总黄酮的最佳方法是非常必要的。目前江华县藤茶总黄酮提取方法仅研究了乙醇加热回流法一种,本文用乙醇加热回流提取法、石油醚回流加超声乙醇提取法、超声乙醇提取法三种方法对江华县藤茶中总黄酮进行提取,再用紫外分光光度法测定其黄酮的含量。结果表明,超声乙醇提取法提取的黄酮含量最高。这一结论为江华县藤茶资源的开发及其工业化生产提供了一定的理论参考。 |

Ampelopsis grossedentata is a kind of wild vine plant which is belong to grape vine snake genera,after chemical analysis,we know that this plant is rich in flavonoids,in order to achieve making the best use of everything,it is very necessary to further study the best method of extracting total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata. At present,there is only Ethanol reflow used in extracting total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata in jianghua country, the review adopt Ethanol reflow,petroleum ether reflow added to ethanol ultrasonic,ethanol ultrasonic to extract flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata in jianghua country,and then test the content of the flavonoid with a uv spectrophotometry. The results show that the ethanol ultrasonic extraction obtains the highest content of flavonoids. The conclusion offer certain theoretical parameters for the development of Ampelopsis grossedentata in jianghua country and industrialization. |

| Ampelopsis grossedentata is a wild vine plant which belongs to the genus Ampelopsis Michx. It is rich in flavonoids according to chemical analysis. To make full use of such resource, it is greatly needed to optimize the extraction procedure of total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata. At present,Ethanol reflux extraction is the only method tested in the total flavonoids extraction from Ampelopsis grossedentata in Jianghua County. This work compared three extraction methods in Jianghua County, namely Ethanol reflux,petroleum ether reflux combined with ethanol ultrasonic extraction,or ethanol ultrasonic extraction alone. Afterwards, the flavonoid content was measured by UV spectrophotometry. As a result, the highest flavonoids yield was obtained in the ethanol ultrasonic extraction. The conclusion provides theoretical guidance for the exploitation of Ampelopsis grossedentata resource and its industrial production in Jianghua County. |
