审稿意见同意发表，但被编辑拒稿是什么问题？ 已有1人参与

投稿Mathematical Problems in Engineering一个月，被拒！但我看审稿意见是同意大修之后发表，这是什么问题？发邮件给编辑，编辑也不回！哪位高人能解释下是什么问题？这种情况能申诉么，如果能要怎么申诉？好像期刊网站没有什么联系方式。郁闷啊！ 审稿意见如下： In general, the referee believes this paper to contain theory, analysis and numerical results worthy of publication. The referee recommends publication of this paper in the journal subject to the following revision. (1) The “Introduction” section is too short (brief); it needs to expand by including more recent works in this research topic. Some published papers from “Mathematical Problems in Engineering” will be useful. (2) The make the literature richer, more articles in meshless methods may be a good source. In recent years, the meshless method becomes a good alternative to solve this type of problem. The authors may want to introduce these meshless methods in their revision. (3) The numerical results need to be reorganized into a clearer presentation. They need to be explained and discussed. Currently, these results do not provide very useful information to the readers even though they are useful data. (4) Most of the figures need to be redrawn. They are not very presentable. (5) The conclusion needs to be rewritten. (6) The English usage needs careful revision. Native English speaker may help. In summary, the referee recommends publication of the paper in the journal subject to a major revision. 拒稿通知如下： Following the review of your Research Article , I regret to inform you that it was found unsuitable for publication in Mathematical Problems in Engineering.
