新人初次发帖，求教如何回复审稿人~ 已有3人参与

这是编辑和审稿人給的意见： The reviewers have commented on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form. However, if you feel that you can suitably address the reviewers' comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript before Jul 13, 2014. If you would need more time to revise the paper, we would require prior notification and deadline will be revised based on editor's decision. Please note that if we do not hear from you, the manuscript will be automatically withdrawn from the system. Reviewer #1: This paper presents same new data on the hemocytes of the crab Eriocheir sinensis. The experiments in this paper is clearly presented but some clarification is needed on the M&M and experimental design and on the statistical analysis performed. I recommended it acceptable only after the introduction of this fundamental revision. M&M P6 line 125 and following: Is not clear the number of animals used throughout the experiment Whereas for each substance (LPS 3 concentration, A. Hydrophyla and B. subtilis) tested only 5 animals were used the mortality is an important information. What was the mortality? the number of surviving animals at each bleeding time is critical for the later analysis of statistical data and must be declared here and in the figure captions. P7 line 135 and following Again the number of animal tested is very small (3) and the survival of the animal untill the end of experimental the experimental period is crucial. P7 line 149 some statistical analysis are declared but then the results of the statistical analysis are not presented in the result Results In the section 3.2 (p 10 and following) and in section 3.3 the numeber of animals and the results of the statistical analysis must be presented 审稿人可能是想让我针对一些内容进行补充说明。我是不是只要针对审稿人的意见写一份Revision notes，逐条回复审稿人的问题和补充的内容；然后原文的话只要把补充的语句和修改的地方用红色标记出来就好？很纳闷，红色标记的部分编辑会帮忙修改回去麽？我也是根据版上各位的帖子做的总结，不知道这样的操作对不对？  |
