脉冲电流阴极保护对油井套管电化学腐蚀动力学行为影响研究

摘要:

油井套管腐蚀是套损的主要原因。研究结果表明油井套管采用脉冲电流阴极保护技术比传统直流阴极保护技术更优越,但缺乏对脉冲电流条件下油井套管电化学腐蚀动力学行为机理的研究阻碍了该技术的推广。项目充分考虑到脉冲电流的可调参数多,频率、幅值和占空比均可独立调节,同时脉冲电流含有交流分量这些特征。首先根据我国油田现状,选择典型地层特征结构油井,按照现有的阴极保护标准方法,考虑到地层的阻性、容性和感性特征,建立包含套管外壁界面在内的套管脉冲电流阴极保护系统电流回路模型。其次将油井套管脉冲电流阴极保护的电极系统的相界区用一个不漏电的电容器来模拟。分别研究脉冲电流参数与双电层特性、套管电位、套管腐蚀电流之间的相关性,以此研究腐蚀过程的动力学行为。最后通过计算机仿真、实验室模拟实验和现场应用测试研究脉冲电流参数对保护效果的影响规律,同时对套管脉冲电流阴极保护过程的腐蚀动力学行为理论进行完善。

Pulsed current cathodic protection effect on the dynamic behavior of electrochemical corrosion well casing

Summary :

Well casing corrosion of casing damage is the main reason . The results show that the well casing using pulse current cathodic protection technology than traditional DC cathodic protection technology is superior , but the lack of research on the dynamic behavior of the well casing electrochemical corrosion mechanism under pulsed current conditions hampered the promotion of the technology. Project fully into account many parameters adjustable pulse current , frequency, amplitude and duty cycle can be adjusted independently , and the AC pulse current component comprising these features . First, according to the status quo of China's oil fields, and select the typical characteristics of structure formation wells , cathodic protection in accordance with the existing standard methods , taking into account the resistive, capacitive and inductive characteristics of strata , including the establishment of the interface contains the casing wall sleeve pulse current cathodic protection system current loop model . Second, the phase boundary area well casing electrode pulsed current cathodic protection systems used to simulate left out electrical capacitors . Pulse current parameters were studied with double- layer characteristics , potential casing , casing corrosion current correlation between this study the dynamic behavior of the corrosion process . Finally, through computer simulation , laboratory simulation experiments and field application testing pulsed current parameters on the protective effect , while the casing pulse current cathodic corrosion protection process theory to improve dynamic behavior .
