最近在制备大肠杆菌BL21感受态细胞，师姐给我了Inoue超级感受态制备的protocol，我就一步一步的做了，除了知道所用器皿要洗的很干净，无菌操作要好其他的注意事项都不知道，现已制备好超感细胞，后来网上发现一句话“This method doesn't appear to work with BL21,so just grow the cells at 30 or 37 ℃ when making BL21 competent cells.”我泪奔。。。本人大四。。。有没有人用这种方法制成BL21感受态的吗？？
