DS中如何实现分布优化
|
| 对于已经构建好的同源模建，我想通过DS实现对蛋白的分布优化。首先只优化离子和水；其次优化蛋白骨架；最后完全优化。类似于这样的：A three-stage EM protocol was employed for thesolvated enzyme energy minimization. At each stage, mini-mization was executed with 3000 steps of the steepest descentalgorithm and 6000 steps of the conjugate gradient algorithm, withminimization criteria set at 0.1 and 0.001 RMSG, respectively. Inthe first stage, the protein was constrained and only the solva-tion model was minimized. In the second stage, the heavy atomswere constrained and the hydrogen atoms of the protein wererelaxed, and both the solvent molecules and the protein hydro-gen atoms were minimized. In the third stage, all the solvationmodel molecules and protein atoms were allowed to relax.请问我该如何实现上述步骤，谢谢~ |
