请教如何加快siesta的收敛速度

最近算一个252个原子的纳米线,速度挺慢的,算了3、4天了还在算,循环了100多个CG,原子受力不断震荡,每个CG中达到上百个scf循环,查了一下内存应该没有问题,我觉得是不是我的参数设置不合理造成的,因为除了DM.MixingWeight和DM.NumberPulay是我设置的,其他参数基本都是默认值,想请教各位高手,除了修改DM.MixingWeight和DM.NumberPulay以外,还应该调哪些参数来加快收敛速度呢?看了手册也不知道该从哪下手,下面是我的fdf文件,麻烦各位帮忙看看,不甚感激: 您好,上面这个计算今天计算结束了,成功收敛了,用了307步,一共六天,我是觉得是不是参数不合理导致收敛速度太慢了?如果将MeshCutoff调大,PAO调小,计算量会更大,计算不是更慢了吗? 另外,我之所以MeshCutoff设置100,PAO设置默认值,是因为我在测试k点,等测试好了以后,参数的精度再提高进行结构优化。也就是说,我现在是设置一系列不同的k点,计算其总能量,得到最低能量对应的k点,不知道我这样做是否可行?其他参数精度不够对结果是否会有影响? 我现在又将电子温度设置成3000K,以及将DM.MixingWeight增大为0.1,正在计算中,发现收敛速度明显加快。谢谢您了 |
