[求助] 关于审稿意见的求助

审稿人提的意见实在有点看不懂，关于标准偏差的数据分析方面的。求大神帮忙看一看是什么意思。
in particular about the contact angle values the authors have added the standard deviations but not a clear statistical evaluation;
first of all: if the data have an standard deviation on the first integer digit one cannot indicate the value of the quantity with a decimal digit; this kind of error is present even in the comment of the authors; a second point is that a statistical evaluation means at least a t-test (an ANOVA in this case with multiple cases) able to show if the standard deviations, which appear very significant, allow or not allow a real estimation of differences of contact angles and consequently of the surfaces present in figures; in other terms the authors have effectively added standard deviations but have not used them. They have not used statistics to evaluate if the results they have obtained are sufficient to consider really different or not the surfaces from the point of view of wettability.
