i will start to lose weight from today
|
I am a girl, 174cm, but overweight seriously. my weight today is 70kg, what a herrible thing! Especially the sunmmer is coming, and the fat can't be hidden. So i plan to lose 10kg until 30th june. I will go on a diet that don't have supper, and take aerobic exercises half an hour every day. I believe i can hold on, and i wish to have a good result. So do anybody want to lose weight with me? We can supervise each other. And if anybody has more effective method, please tell me! thanks! |

| You¡®d better take more exercises£¬and don¡¯t go on a diet. For example£¬do a long-distance race £¨£¾5 km£© every two or three days. I am not overweight but I often do some exercise£¬ I feel comfortable after doing that. |

Believe you£¡the heat summer is coming, varieties fruits are good choice if you really need go on a diet and not have supper. Moreover, the health is still overwhelmingly important more than weight. Good luck! |
