投出后，审稿两个月，给返回意见，因为投稿都是老师操作，所以看不到状态，就看到导师转发编辑的信，开头是这样的：“Reviewers have now commented on your paper. You will see that they are advising that you revise your manuscript substantially. Please note that the comments are critical and please make responses carefully. If you send back your revised manuscript along with replies to reviewers, we will re-consider your paper.” 然后现在列了三个审稿人的意见，第一个对文章感兴趣，给了4个修改意见，第二个不同意（可能关注领域不同，理由很牵强，比较好回答），还有一个态度很少，只提了一个小问题，编辑让37日内返回稿件。
心里没底，不知道这属于什么情况，re-consider your paper，是大修？还是根本就类似重投？一般这样接收几率大不大啊，关乎学位的一篇，担忧啊
