[求助] 一篇meta分析审稿意见不知如何作答，求助

我的一篇meta分析投出去之后需要修改，审稿人的几条意见我不知如何回答，麻烦大家帮忙看一下Comments：1. Why include serum or plasma studies andeliminate sputum studies?

我的文章中用的大多是组织样本，有几篇是血液样本，在筛文献的时候没有纳入痰液样本，审稿人对此有疑问。当时主要考虑的是痰液有易污染，阳性率低等缺点，而血液和组织样本相对比较稳定，不知道这个理由算不算充分？

2. The authors should comment how do they controlled for the different platforms/assays used in the studies (qRT-PCR by taqman, ISH,etc?), as the use of different strategies, should produce different cut-offs for the dichotomic variable in study. Also, although apparently solid statitics give an increased HR, the doubt remains as the studies are very heterogeneous .这一条意见我觉得是说我异质性太大，我的文章中也提到了这一缺陷，主要是由于可用文献数太少，无法亚组分析，确实把不同方法不同截点的整合不太合理，但是也是没办法的办法，不知道怎样说这个缺陷的情况能更委婉一点？

3. As most of the studies were inelegible, the paper does not provide a review of theliterature as stated in the title.文章题目用到了“a systematic review of the literature with meta-analysis”，文章一部分用的是一些文献做单纯的描述性分析相当于综述，还有一部分用来做meta分析，我不明白这个审稿人的意思是让我改题目吗？还是文章有哪些不足的地方？
