判断一个一个基因有没有名字和功能的相关文章发表，不是通过这种genbank的简单信息来判断的。hypothetical protein 是当时基因组注释的时候，没有在特定的数据库里（比如NR）里找到相应的同源蛋白或者同源蛋白是hypothetical protein。
要想知道它的具体信息，必须自己做进一步的分析，比如做结构域的扫描（CDD，Pfam等）。你的蛋白的cdd结果是“
