[求助] FITC标记蛋白的问题

请问FITC标记蛋白的过程中，使用DMSO溶解FITC，然后加入蛋白质溶液，这里DMSO的加入会不会破坏蛋白质的结构，导致蛋白质失活？如果会破坏蛋白质的构象，那么应该用什么溶解FITC？？？

FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate) is a commonly used fluorescent label for proteins, as it contains the groups required for conjugating to amino, sulfhydryl, imidazoyl, tyrosyl or carbonyl groups of proteins.
