For example, At the beginning of the MD simulation, the interaction energy fluctuated from 6 kcal/mol to 7.3 kcal/mol; at the end of MD, this interaction energy fluctuated from 11.3 kcal/mol to 12.5 kcal/mol. To emphasize the increase of the interaction energy during the MD process, we chose 6.2 kcal/mol and 12.5 kcal/mol at the beginning/end of MD, but the actual change of the interaction energy should be less obvious. In the present manuscript, we added the standard deviation when the interaction energy was analyzed. Furthermore, it has been reported that the hydrogen bond energy is about 23.3 kj/mol (5.6 kcal/mol)£¬ Therefore, basically the H-bond energy between tyrosine and nucleotide is reasonable. ´ó¼Ò¾õµÃÊÇ·ñÍ×µ±£¿ |
