[求助] 刚收到审稿意见，关于模拟的，不知道怎么改，哪位虫友帮我看一下

大致是说我这个模拟时间较短，是否达到平衡 GAFF力场是否合适这个体系

There is no discussion of whether the MD simulations are reasonably equilibrated (5 ns is a short simulation using current software and hardware). There is no critical assessment of whether the gaff force field correctly models the behavior of the substrates.
我查看别人的文章，做的也差不多都是这么长时间啊，也都是用GAFF力场，这个要怎么跟他解释呢，需要列什么数据给他？

另外他还要求再重新做一段模拟
The authors should demonstrate that their analysis is largely independent of the initialization process of this MD run by adding at least a second 5ns run,
initialized using different seed for random velocities.

我之前已经重新做过，但是这个需要再把所有数据都列一下吗？

First, you could list some references where GAFF FF can behave properly for substrate systems. The potential-time plot should help understand achievement of equilibrated.

you could mention this in your text and let referee know you have demonstrate independence of initial configurations.
