[交流] 怎样委婉的驳斥审稿人呢? 已有5人参与

审稿人认为我的晶体的Flack系数偏差较大,不能够确定绝对构型。我问了给我做晶体衍射的老师,他们坚持认为可以定绝对构型,我该如何委婉的表达我们的意思呢?我怕写的不好,把审稿人惹怒了。大家帮帮我吧!
审稿人的问题:The Flack X factor is
>refine_ls_abs_structure_Flack    0.0(3)

我的回答: The single-crystal X-ray analysis of 1 was performed at room temperature, and therefore large thermal agitation caused by O8, O9, C11, C12, C24, C34, and C35 in the molecule leaded to high temperature factor. If this single-crystal X-ray analysis was performed at low temperature, a better Flack parameter should be able to be got. Unfortunately,.single-crystals used for this analysis were broken, so we could not recollect data. The standard value of Flack parameter is zero, although deviation is relatively large, and the data can support absolute configuration of 1.

审稿人没有怎么样,提了些常见的一些疑问而已,为什么要“驳斥审稿人”?用点数据,解释一下吧。

这个能否具体点?看不出来你说什么。编辑都有可能直接据掉(not responded clearly to the queries of the referee)。
