怎样委婉的驳斥审稿人呢？ 已有5人参与

审稿人认为我的晶体的Flack系数偏差较大，不能够确定绝对构型。我问了给我做晶体衍射的老师，他们坚持认为可以定绝对构型，我该如何委婉的表达我们的意思呢？我怕写的不好，把审稿人惹怒了。大家帮帮我吧！ 审稿人的问题：The Flack X factor is >refine_ls_abs_structure_Flack 0.0(3) >that is, in reality +/-0.3, hence it is not possible to determine the absolute structure of the molecule in the crystal. 审稿人没有怎么样，提了些常见的一些疑问而已，为什么要“驳斥审稿人”？用点数据，解释一下吧。 这个能否具体点？看不出来你说什么。编辑都有可能直接据掉（not responded clearly to the queries of the referee)。 "If this single-crystal X-ray analysis was performed at low temperature, a better Flack parameter should be able to be got.
