【为了避免合成染料对环境的污染及对人体的危害，人们重新重视无毒、可再生、色调别致、对人体无刺激、具有天然保健功能且与生态环境具有良好相容性的天然染料。伴随着近几年来染发的时尚流行，研究天然染料的制备以及对头发的染色工艺具有重要的意义。 本文选取在羊毛染色领域中研究较多、染色效果较好的红色系天然植物染料苏木、儿茶为研究对象，研究这两种植物染料的提取及其对头发的染色性能。首先根据两种染料植物的性能，选取不同的溶剂及提取方法，用紫外-可见光分光光度仪测出的吸光度值为依据选取最佳提取工艺。并设计三水平四因素正交试验，探讨染色温度、时间、pH值、媒染剂用量等染色工艺参数对漂白后头发染色效果的影响规律，以电脑测配色系统测量出的提取液上染漂白后头发的颜色特征值为依据，优化了染色工艺。 研究天然染料苏木上染头发颜色的稳定性及漂白后的头发与苏木素之间相互作用的热力学，探索其染色机理。结果表明，染发过程中，苏木被头发吸附的同时，苏木素的脱附作用也在进行，并且也与吸附过程相互竞争。并且漂白后头发对苏木素的吸附过程是吸热的，吸附过程是自发进行的。 用量子化学Gaussian03软件包对头发与天然染料苏木素的相互作用进行理论研究。结果表明，如果苏木染液偏酸性，则苏木主要与头发分子片段中的氨基发生作用；如果染液偏碱性，则主要与头发分子片段中的羧基发生作用。相对来说，在碱性条件下染色时，会使得染色更牢固。其中，尤以在碱性环境中头发与苏木相互作用时，结构更稳定，头发会以氨基季铵盐的形式与苏木相互作用。】 因为忙没空仔细翻译，所以请虫友帮个忙，谢谢 翻译完 请发至我邮箱 谢谢wr200588@126.com |

【Synthetic dyes in order to avoid environmental pollution and harm to human body, renewed emphasis on non-toxic, renewable, unique colors, the human body without stimulation, with the natural environment and ecological health functions and good compatibility with natural dyes.
