小弟不才，求各位虫友帮忙翻译一个摘要。谢谢！ 本文配备了“离子液体包水”微乳液，以微乳液为反应介质，脂肪酶（PPL）作为催化剂催化不对称Aldol反应，并对酶种类、酶用量、反应物配比对反应的影响进行了讨论。实验结果表明脂肪酶在“离子液体包水”微乳液体系中催化活性好，反应条件温和，选择性较好，底物适用范围宽广。 |

| This work had prepared "ionic liquid wrapping water" microemulsion and applied it as reaction medium to Aldol Reaction with PPL as catalyst. Moreover, we had a discussion on the effects of enzyme sorts, enzyme dosages and ratios of reactants on the reaction. The exprimental outcomes indicate that "ionic liquid wrapping water" has a wonderful catalyzing activity, needs moderate reaction conditions, shows good selectivity, and takes on a wides range of substrates. |
