This work had prepared "ionic liquid wrapping water" microemulsion and applied it as reaction medium to Aldol Reaction with PPL as catalyst. Moreover, we had a discussion on the effects of enzyme sorts, enzyme dosages and ratios of reactants on the reaction. The exprimental outcomes indicate that "ionic liquid wrapping water" has a wonderful catalyzing activity, needs moderate reaction conditions, shows good selectivity, and takes on a wides range of substrates.
