[求助] 求助，这样的审稿意见该怎么处理呢？ 已有2人参与

今天收到了一篇文章的审稿意见：一个审稿人 Publish as is，意见只是总结了一下文章的创新点，没提哪里需要修改；另一个审稿人直接Reject，意见是英语太差，又提了几个表达不清楚的地方。编辑cannot accept the article，但是网站上的状态是Waiting for Revised Manuscript from Author。请问大家这种情况时怎么回事啊？我应该是修改后再提交，还是转投别的期刊呢？如果修改，在文章内容上审稿人也没提什么问题，也只能提高一下英语表达，这样就再提交回去可以么。这个还有希望吗？

Your paper has been reviewed by two reviewers. While one referee provided a generally favorable review, the other had significant criticisms on your paper and recommend your article be rejected. In view of their recommendations, I cannot accept the article.

If you take exception to the reviewers' comments, however, you are welcome to upload a Rebuttal/Response Letter. Log in and follow the link to revise your existing manuscript and upload your Response Letter.

I regret that I am not able to send you a more favorable report at the present time.

The revised manuscript should be uploaded promptly. If you are unable to meet the 120 DAY REVISION DEADLINE, you must submit a new manuscript (new receipt date will be given) and refer to your previous submission (include manuscript number) in the cover letter. In your cover letter please explain what is new relative to the old submission including a detailed list of modifications made in response to the reviewer and editor's comments.

两审稿人，一个推荐发表，一个直接拒，差异很大，编辑没有找促裁看接拒掉，看来不太乐观。编辑也说了，If you take exception to the reviewers' comments, however, you are welcome to upload a Rebuttal/Response Letter. 所以这个状态估计也没用，除非你对审稿人有意见。但是审稿人只说英语差，也没提什么意见~~

谢谢，如果改投的话，这边的Waiting for Revised Manuscript from Author就不用管了吧，他都拒稿了，就不用再撤稿了吧。
