如何回复这种类型的审稿意见啊 已有3人参与

本人在JCP上投了一个分子动力学模拟的文章，审稿一个月左右收到了审稿意见，但第二个审稿人要求将模拟结果与实验结果对比，这该怎么对比啊，我的模拟条件与实验测试条件有很大的不同，采用的单位也不同，无法具体对比数据的，而且实验的体系很多，不同体系现象有很大差别，怎么办啊 审稿意见附下 Reviewer #2: Recommendation: Reconsider for JCP after mandatory revision (major) Comments: The proposed paper reflects that some useful simulation of the influence on Payne Effect of nanoparticles in elastomer matrices has been carried out. However, the weakness appears to be that the outcomes of the simulations are compared with experimental results produced by others. As such, there needs to be a much clearer explanation of the comparison of simulation results with physical test results. Hence, succinct tables that highlight similarities and differences between results from physical testing and the modeling would assist greatly in understanding the research findings. At the same time, a more critical appraisal of the simplifying assumptions in the simulations and their effect on the plausibility of the results would be helpful. For these reasons, it is essential that some significant changes in presentation and rewriting take place before the paper is accepted for publication. Also, the paper exhibits the following failings: i) It has not been carefully proof read to remove mistakes (such as spaces frequently not occurring between adjacent words and some ambiguous phraseology) ii) The words 'we' and 'our' appear continually. The paper should be written in the third person impersonal tense iii) The text switches from the past to the present tense throughout. Research should always be written up in the past tense. A mark-up of the paper is provided and as well as addressing the major concerns expressed here and making all the minor changes, it is suggested that where clarification is sought or redrafting is proposed, careful consideration is given to the points raised. |
