海水中的常见元素对过硫酸钾消解海水中总氮测定（紫外分光光度法）的影响 摘要：本文选取海水中常见元素作为研究对象，考察它们对海水中总氮测定（紫外分光光度法）的影响情况，研究结果表明：1）所选取的常见元素中HCO3-、Br-、Fe3+、Cr6+对测定有影响；2）ρHCO3- 在0.142g/L~1g/L范围内，HCO3-离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随HCO3-离子浓度的增加先减小后增大；3）ρBr-在0.0674g/L~0.3g/L范围内，Br-离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随离子浓度的增加而减小；4）ρFe3+在0.5125g/L~2.05g/L范围内，Fe3+离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随离子浓度的增加先增大后减小；5）ρCr6+在0.52g/L~2.08g/L范围内，Cr6+离子对海水中总氮测定的影响程度随Cr6+离子浓度的增加先减小后增大。实验结果为消除海水中总氮测定的干扰因素提供了参考。 关键词：常见元素；紫外分光光度法；过硫酸钾消解；光谱扫描 急急急急急急！！！！！翻译加上题目跪谢！本科毕业论文用！急！ |

The Effect of Common Elements in Seawater to TN Test by Potassium Persulfate Digestion (UV Spectroscopy) Abstract： The researcher selected some common elements/ions in seawater, to evaluate the affect to TN testing by UV Spectroscopy. The results show that: 1)Among the common elements selected, HCO3-、Br-、Fe3+、Cr6+ affect TN testing. 2), the effect of HCO3- to testing increases fist, then decreases along with the increasing of concentration within the range of 0.142g/L to 1g/L. 3), the effect of ρBr- to TN testing decreases along with the increasing of its concentration within the range of 0.0674g/L~0.3g/L. 4), the effect of Fe3+ to TN testing increases fist, then decreases along with the increasing of concentration within the range of 0.5125g/L~2.05g/L. 5)the effect of Cr6+ to TN testing decreases fist, then increases along with the increasing of concentration within the range of 0.52g/L~2.08g/L. the research results aim to provide reference for interference elimination of seawater TN testing.
