审稿意见求解！

各位战友，本人前一段时间投了一篇文章，研究内容为采用响应面分析法优化一种蛋白酶解工艺，审稿意见中有一条有关响应面分析统计分析的意见，我不是很明白还请各位指教，多谢！审稿意见如下： As the authors say and well in page 11 line 39 when p<0.0001 the factor effect is statistically significant. The statistical data of the response model and effects of each parameter tested in the ACE-inhibitory activity are not well understood. The factor X4 (pH) effect on the response (ACE inhibitory effect) is the only factor that the effects are statistically significant in a confidence interval of 99% that you said that used. Also, the linear interactiosn of X1X1 and X4X4 are the only that you can use to estimate the “power” of these effects and construct the response surface figure and estimate a prediction equation of the effect of these factors on the variation of the response (ACE-inhbitory activity). With the others factors you can construct paretos charts and indicate if the effect is negative or positive on the response. Maybe is better to consult a specialist or a colleague that is able to work with these models. |
