In this study we prepared a reverse micelle system composed of TritonX-100/hexanol/cyclohexane/FITC in water (where was chitosan?). After 24hrs, aceton was added to break the emulsion. After centrifuge, ultrasound treatment, FITC incorporated fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces. We did optimization on the amounts of chitosan and the dye and characterized the nanoparticles. We found that there is an optimal amount of the dye that is incorporated, and poorer results were obtained when it exceeded the this amount. Finally, we tested the quenching effect of chloride ion on the fluorescence nanoparticles and demonstrated it can be used in a simple manner. 专业吧？  |

After 24hrs, acetone was added to break the emulsionm, fololowed by centrifuge, ultrasound treatment, FITC incorporated fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces were prepared. We did optimization on the amounts of chitosan and dye that were used in the preparation, and characterized the fluorescent properties of nanoparticles prepared. We found that there was an optimal amount of the dye content that was incorporated, and poorer results were obtained when it exceeded this amount. Finally, we tested the quenching effect of chloride ion on the fluorescence from nanoparticles and demonstrated it can be used as a testing agent in a simple and straightforward manner. |

再改下: In this study we prepared a reverse microemulsion system composed of TritonX-100/hexanol/cyclohexane/FITC in water (考虑添加chitosan,TOES? ). After 24hrs, acetone was added to break the emulsion, FITC incorporated fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces were obtained after being washed repeatedly using ultrasound treatment/centrifuge cycles. The contents of chitosan and dye were varied in the preparation to optimize the preparation, and resulted nanoparticles were characterized on the fluorescence properties. We found that there was an optimal amount of the dye that was incorporated, and poorer results were obtained when it exceeded or lessened the optimum. Finally, we tested the quenching effect of chloride ion on the fluorescence intensity of the nanoparticles. Our results demonstrated that by using this simple and effective preparation protocol , fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces can be readily prepared, which can be a useful testing agent for many analytic purposes. |
