本实验通过Triton X-100／正己醇／环己烷／FITC水溶液组成的反相微乳液体系，放置24小时后，经丙酮破乳、离心、超声，制备了 FITC 掺杂的二氧化硅荧光复合纳米粒子，对壳聚糖、染料用量进行优化，通过对纳米粒子的表征，发现纳米粒子包裹的染料量不是越大越好，而是有一个最优值。最后利用氯离子对荧光纳米粒子的淬灭作用，进行一个简单的应用. 英文翻译，专业化 |

In this study we prepared a reverse micelle system composed of TritonX-100/hexanol/cyclohexane/FITC in water (where was chitosan?). After 24hrs, aceton was added to break the emulsion. After centrifuge, ultrasound treatment, FITC incorporated fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces. We did optimization on the amounts of chitosan and the dye and characterized the nanoparticles. We found that there is an optimal amount of the dye that is incorporated, and poorer results were obtained when it exceeded the this amount. Finally, we tested the quenching effect of chloride ion on the fluorescence nanoparticles and demonstrated it can be used in a simple manner. 专业吧？  |
