In this study we prepared a reverse micelle system composed of TritonX-100/hexanol/cyclohexane/FITC in water (where was chitosan?). After 24hrs, aceton was added to break the emulsion. After centrifuge, ultrasound treatment, FITC incorporated fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces. We did optimization on the amounts of chitosan and the dye and characterized the nanoparticles. We found that there is an optimal amount of the dye that is incorporated, and poorer results were obtained when it exceeded the this amount. Finally, we tested the quenching effect of chloride ion on the fluorescence nanoparticles and demonstrated it can be used in a simple manner. רҵ°É£¿ |
