改了一下: In this study we prepared a reverse micelle system composed of TritonX-100/hexanol/cyclohexane/FITC in water (where was chitosan and TOES?). After 24hrs, acetone was added to break the emulsionm, fololowed by centrifuge, ultrasound treatment, FITC incorporated fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces were prepared. We did optimization on the amounts of chitosan and dye that were used in the preparation, and characterized the fluorescent properties of nanoparticles prepared. We found that there was an optimal amount of the dye content that was incorporated, and poorer results were obtained when it exceeded this amount. Finally, we tested the quenching effect of chloride ion on the fluorescence from nanoparticles and demonstrated it can be used as a testing agent in a simple and straightforward manner. |
