[求助] 英文翻译,专业化

本实验通过Triton X-100/正己醇/环己烷/FITC水溶液组成的反相微乳液体系,放置24小时后,经丙酮破乳、离心、超声,制备了 FITC 掺杂的二氧化硅荧光复合纳米粒子,对壳聚糖、染料用量进行优化,通过对纳米粒子的表征,发现纳米粒子包裹的染料量不是越大越好,而是有一个最优值。最后利用氯离子对荧光纳米粒子的淬灭作用,进行一个简单的应用.

In this study we prepared a reverse microemulsion system composed of TritonX-100/hexanol/cyclohexane/FITC in water (考虑添加chitosan,TOES? ). After 24hrs, acetone was added to break the emulsion, FITC incorporated fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces were obtained after being washed repeatedly using ultrasound treatment/centrifuge cycles. The contents of chitosan and dye were varied in the preparation to optimize the preparation,  and resulted nanoparticles were characterized on the fluorescence properties. We found that there was an optimal amount of the dye that was incorporated, and poorer results were obtained when it exceeded or lessened the optimum.  Finally, we tested the quenching effect of chloride ion on the fluorescence intensity of the nanoparticles. Our results demonstrated that  by using this simple and effective preparation protocol , fluorescence SiO2 composite nanopartilces can be readily prepared, which can be a useful testing agent for many analytic purposes.
