小修被拒，真郁闷~ 已有24人参与

改了三次，最后小改被拒了，折腾了半年，最后没有任何内容上的意见，连英语烂都没说就拒了。这太害人了！ Your paper has now been through the refereeing process again and I am sorry to have to advise that we are unable to publish it in its present form. In general, the referees have rejected the paper for the reason(s) outlined below.
