有几条审稿意见不太理解，寻求 分析化学 相关高人指点，谢谢 已有2人参与

1.Calibration Curves: a) The concentration values of the calibration solutions, or alternatively, the calibration scedasticity must be reported. b) It doesn't seem that replicates of the calibration solutions have been produced and injected. In fact, table 3 does not report the measurement error, which is usually calculated by the standard deviation of the calibration curve. This point is particularly important because the analysis of trace measurement error may be greater than the measure itself.对这条两条意见不明白，请高人指点！ 2.The authors reported that the intra-day and inter-day precisions were 7.39 and 9.77 % respectively. What are the respectively SD? Specify the abbreviation of RSD... 审稿人想表达的确切意见是？ 3.如果发现的审稿人的意见明显是错误的，怎么回复啊？最好有英文模板   |

This point is particularly important because the analysis of trace measurement error may be greater than the measure itself.对这条两条意见不明白，请高人指点！ 第一点是说你应该报道所有定标液的浓度值，或者它们的统计分布（即平均值和标准差）。 第二点是审稿人猜测你实际上只用了一个样品，因为表3中没有报道测量误差（即标准差）。 我的建议，如果你只测了一个样品，要么继续补样品，要么回答审稿人你只测了一个以及为什么认为一个就足够了。如果你测了多个样品，那么也告诉审稿人你测了多个，但没有报道定标液浓度的统计分布以及结果的误差。 2.The authors reported that the intra-day and inter-day precisions were 7.39 and 9.77 % respectively. What are the respectively SD? Specify the abbreviation of RSD... 审稿人想表达的确切意见是让你除了报道两种情况的precision之外还要报道它们的SD（我猜是standard deviation?）。另外，请告诉读者RSD代表什么（我估计是Relative standard deviation）。【注】：我的理解是：你报道的precision其实就是RSD，是个百分比（相对值），但审稿人想知道绝对标准差是多少。 3.如果发现的审稿人的意见明显是错误的，怎么回复啊？最好有英文模板 反驳就是了。例如：We thank the Referee for pointing out this, but we do not agree with her/him regarding this point. ... (Then you can "teach" the Referee something here.) |
