   5-氨基四唑是高氮化合物,其密度、生成焓非常的高,是一种新型的气体发生剂。反应产物基本上都是氮气,因此广泛的应用于军事和民用方面。如在航天器变轨动力装置,汽车安全气囊、各种救生船、救生衣和民航应急滑梯等设备的快速充气等。5-氨基四唑是一种新型的低温反应气体发生剂,使用过程更安全环保,是目前高档汽车安全气囊气体发生剂开发应用的主要方向。随着我国汽车和航空工业的快速发展,对于高品质的汽车安全气囊及各种充气救生设备所使用的充气剂提出了更高的要求,因此5 - 氨基四唑类气体发生剂具有广阔的市场前景。
   本文主要研究以单氰胺为原料合成氨基胍碳酸盐,再以氨基胍碳酸盐为原料合成5-氨基四唑,并探索从单氰胺为原料合成5-氨基四唑的反应机理,考察关键反映因素的影响,得到高产率、高纯度的氨基胍碳酸盐、5-氨基四唑,最后对合成的5-氨基四唑进行结构表征。

In this paper, we study in a single cyanogen amine as raw material to synthesis of amino guanidine carbonate, again by aminoguanidine carbonate synthesized from 5 - amino tetrazolium, and explore from single cyanogen amine as raw material to synthesis of 5 - amino tetrazolium reaction mechanism, the key to reflect the effects of factors, to get high yield, high purity amino guanidine carbonate, 5 - amino tetrazolium, finally, the synthesis of 5 - amino tetrazolium for structural characterization.
