关于meta分析的审稿意见回复问题 已有2人参与

向大家请教如下几个问题，关于meta分析的审稿意见，如何回复： 以下是我的一篇文章修稿遇到的问题： 1.Why there is different result in case-control and cohort studies. They need to try to give an explanation based on the methodology of the studies they include. 2. The results were only significant in cohort studies and not in RCT's or case control studies for instance. Please assess this critically and discuss bias of observational designs in this regard. 3. Authors need to detail the search syntax better. This needs to clarify potential selection bias of the study. Specifically add search syntax used and PICO or SPICE criteria. It is clear that the quality of the initial search is critical for the overall reliability of the study and its findings. 谢谢~ |
