TSCAS2-Resubmit after Minor Revision

resubmit了3次，现在是Resubmit after Minor Revision，都要疯掉了！一下comments Dear XXX: I am writing to inform you that the review process for your paper has been completed. If you fail to address any review comment, your manuscript will be rejected.Your revision should be submitted to the same web system within the next three weeks for further processing. Failure to do so will result in the elimination of your manuscript from the system. Please contact us if there is an emergency that prevents you from meeting the deadline. I am suggesting a further review run in which I am asking to the authors mostly to strongly improve the English which is still far from the standard required for this journal. By introducing a pulse generation tuning circuit, the work presents a XXX with enhanced XXX Although the technique behind is not very advanced, it provides an effective solution and solid measurement results. Missing Key References: 以上是5为reviewer的意见，前4位基本上没有什么问题了就是论文english比较烂，最后一位我觉得有点难缠，我已经解释了，但是还是说我没有novelty！我都怀疑他是否有没有仔细读我的文章，介于结论是“resubmit after minor revision”，我还需要理他吗？ 关键是他们都说我的english烂，看了我要好好润色一下了，大家有没有比较好的有偿润色服务可以推荐一下？ |
