TSCAS2-Resubmit after Minor Revision

resubmit了3次，现在是Resubmit after Minor Revision，都要疯掉了！一下comments Dear XXX: I am writing to inform you that the review process for your paper has been completed. I am suggesting a further review run in which I am asking to the authors mostly to strongly improve the English which is still far from the standard required for this journal. By introducing a pulse generation tuning circuit, the work presents a XXX with enhanced XXX Although the technique behind is not very advanced, it provides an effective solution and solid measurement results. Partially. Comments to the Author ---------------------- Previous comments have only been partially addressed. Explanation is not very clear. It is not clear what is the novelty of the proposed approach and what are advantages/difference with repsect to prior works. Missing Key References: 以上是5为reviewer的意见，前4位基本上没有什么问题了就是论文english比较烂，最后一位我觉得有点难缠，我已经解释了，但是还是说我没有novelty！我都怀疑他是否有没有仔细读我的文章，介于结论是“resubmit after minor revision”，我还需要理他吗？ 关键是他们都说我的english烂，看了我要好好润色一下了，大家有没有比较好的有偿润色服务可以推荐一下？ |

小弟，之前写过半导体学报电子学报什么的英文文章，这次是第一次写真正意思上的英文论文，很是没有把握，算是摸着石头过河吧，和那些大牛没没法比啊 ，这个过程真的很漫长而无助，多谢虫友们的一些帮助，现在我冒昧的把这次投稿经历写出来，希望能帮助后面的虫友们，贻笑大方了哈。审稿进度很慢，去年10月份投的初稿，要3个月后给第一次结果，是“Reject with encouragement for resubmission (Major revision)”，一共3位评审人，给的意见很中肯。 按要求改了11月份上传，这次还是“Reject with encouragement for resubmission (Major revision)”，而且审稿专家变成5位了，很明显是另一波人，没有太多技术意见，有些感觉不是很懂整个领域，只有一位专家的问题很刁钻，说我的没有创新性。 没办法，再改，并且针对性回答专家意见；再投，1个月后，结果是“Resubmit after Minor Revision for Review”，还是上一次的5位专家，基本上已经没有技术意见，那位专家依然偏执的认为我没有创新性，同时编辑说我英文烂，要求3周内给最终稿，否则不再受理，所以很着急的修改之，并在回复中谦虚而有针对性的回答了问题。 之后，又是漫长的等等，1个月后没消息，给特指编辑发信，没用，只好给其他人员发，一位可能是审稿人说已经将意见提交，一位说很快会给意见，但是过了至少3天才在网址上给了“Accept as is”，还没给回复信，还要等。 |
