当今药学领域，包合物和脂质体作为药物的载体广泛用于药物的制备，各自发挥着其自身的靶向优势。为更好的解决靶细胞给药问题，使用包合物脂质体来作为药物运输载体。本文综述了通过结合包合物和脂质体的不同优势来控制药物的稳定性及载药量的问题，提高药物的吸收和临床疗效，为今后靶向给药系统的进一步研究提供理论依据，并进一步展望今后的发展方向。

In today's pharmaceutical field, as a drug carrier,bringing into full play of their targeted advantages, Clathrate and liposome are widely used in the preparation of new drugs. To solve the target cell delivery problem, use clathrate liposome as a drug carrier.
Reviewed in this paper by combining clathrate and liposomes of their different advantages to control the stability of the drug and the drug problems, improve the absorption of drugs and clinical curative effect, thus, it will provide theoretical basis for the further research of targeted drug delivery system and it is looking to the future development direction in the future.
