[交流] 求助关于利益冲突问题！急

因为文章中列出了一个给我们提供原材料的公司的人QZ，所以PLOS ONE写了EMAIL要求提供利益冲突声明，我们修回后又来信。现在想把QZ列入致谢又怕杂志询问作者本人同意被删除吗？另外，在材料一项中，我们都写成了从产地公司购买的，忘记写成QZ馈赠的了。麻烦在此求助各位，如何去回答。先谢过了！
