Grade 5 indicates EXCELLENT contribution while Grade 1 indicates WEAK/USELESS contribution. However, several imporvements are needed: 1) The contribution and originality should be stressed 2) The motivation of the study should be clearly presented 3) Discussion of related work must be expanded. For example, there are papers on using interval type-2 fuzzy systems or type 2neuro fuzzy to produce prediction intervals 4) There are typos and grammar errors 5) More references to related work could be included, for example: Oscar Castillo, Juan R. The comments are described as follows. - More recent references to related work are needed. - Improve the quality of the graphics, the results of the simulations are not appreciated. |
