各位前辈，这种情况怎么办？只能重投？ 已有3人参与

历时86天，稿件被拒，理由如下： Editor's Comments: We have by now contacted a very large number of potential reviewers for this paper (including some from your suggested list), and *all* of them have declined to review this manuscript. So I have taken a close look at the paper myself, and I feel that the results in this paper, though reasonably sound, are not of interest at all to the general readership of '****'. Basically the results do not hold sufficient interest from the *** point of view, though they may have utility in the engineering context. So this work is better suited to specialized journals (especially of an applied nature). We regret our delay in conveying this decision. However note that this delay was entirely due to our sincere, though failed, attempts to obtain at least one review of this work from our wide pool of referees. 我现在只能重新投了么，太悲催了，这么长时间居然找不到审稿人（系统中确实能看到试图联系过许多reviewers），听说过申诉，我可以申诉么？如何申诉，求教！！！ [ Last edited by surel on 2013-12-19 at 09:25 ] |
