第一次投稿ACS，收到下面邮件不知道怎么办，那位前辈能否帮忙指导一下，接下去应该怎么做啊？ Dear ****: Your manuscript entitled "*********" has been assigned to the following editor: Prof. Massimo Morbidelli Associate Editor Phone: Fax: Email: Please address all future correspondence regarding this manuscript to the above editor. If you uploaded a completed and signed Journal Publishing Agreement with your submission, we thank you. If you did not upload a completed and signed Journal Publishing Agreement with your submission, the Agreement is available at http://pubs.acs.org/page/copyright/journals/index.html. The Author should upload a completed signed and scanned copy of the Agreement with the revised manuscript. Submission of a manuscript to implies that the work reported therein has not received prior publication and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere in any medium, including electronic journals and computer databases of a public nature. 我刚投了一个稿件到JPCC，主编告诉我稿件已经送审了，但是必须在线递交 Journal Publishing Agreement，信如下， Dear xxxxxx: The electronic Journal Publishing Agreement is now available for completion from your ACS Paragon Plus Home page. The Journal Publishing Agreement replaces the ACS Copyright form and is a result of ACS' ongoing efforts to provide the best possible publishing experience for ACS Authors. This Agreement gives ACS Authors a number of new rights regarding the use of their manuscripts and outlines certain behaviors that are expected of ACS Authors. To access the electronic Journal Publishing Agreement, please log in to your ACS Paragon Plus Home page at http://paragonplus.acs.org/login. Click on either the "Submitted Manuscripts" or the “Forms Awaiting Completion” queue and then click on the "Complete Journal Publishing Agreement" link. If you have forgotten your User ID and password, you can retrieve your account information by using the Password Help function at http://paragonplus.acs.org/login. Please take the time to read and complete the appropriate section of the electronic Journal Publishing Agreement by typing your name in the box and dating the Agreement. If some Authors worked for the U.S. Government and other Authors did not when the paper was written, Form A should be signed by one of the Authors not employed by the U.S. Government. If some Authors worked for the governments of Australia, Canada, or the United Kingdom and other Authors did not when the paper was written, Form A should be signed by one of the Authors not employed by one of those three governments. B的条件是： Form B should be signed only if all of the Authors were U.S. Government employees when the paper was written. On Form B, copyright is not being assigned to ACS; instead, signing the form certifies that the paper is a work of the U.S. Government. C的条件是： Form C: British, Australian, or Canadian Government Employees (Crown Copyright, formerly called the "blue form"  Form C is signed only if all of the Authors were employees of the governments of Australia, Canada, or the United Kingdom when the paper was written. 而我们都是中国人，不符合A，B和C的条件，但是杂志要求我们必须填写一个表格签署姓名和日期提交，不知道各位兄弟姐妹遇到这种情况没有，应该怎么办呢？ 望赐教，谢谢！ |

我们都符合A类的第三项，但是我在提交后将第一页扫描后发给编辑，编辑却回信：“Please note that authors must submit all pages of the Journal Publishing Agreement; if an author submits only the signature page of the Agreement, it is invalid.Therefore, please return all pages of the completed and signed Agreement as a PDF file to the email address above. The Agreement is available at http://pubs.acs.org/page/copyright/journals/index.html.” 请问这是怎么回事？ |
