[求助] 求教ChIP-qPCR结果

大家好，俺这土人初涉ChIP-qPCR，拿到结果后不晓得到底合不合理，麻烦大家给看看
我用的研究材料是拟南芥，用ABCAM的试剂盒做的ChIP, 超声破碎后取5ul作为input, 取100ul上到每个抗体。qPCR用了45个循环。

这里H3的percent input都好低，是不是结果不合理啊？
