求助XRD精修,请问如何通过精修看出掺杂的元素进入到晶格中,和产生更多的氧空位?

审稿专家的评语:In fact it is contradictory because using XPS authors detected the presence of europium on BiVO4 surface, then why authors assume that it is into the crystal structure of compound. Also cell volume is lower when sample contains boron and europium than sample BiVO4, normally when some cation, boron or europium, is incorporated into the lattice volume tends to increase. On the other hand, authors mentioned that samples contained high amount of surface oxygen vacancies, I would like to mention that by using XRD Rietveld analysis it is possible to determine the oxygen vacancies in samples, it is better if authors try to corroborate such affirmation doing XRD Rietveld analysis. Additionally, through XRD Rietveld method authors can obtain the cell parameters of all samples and compare them in order to corroborate if boron and europium are into the crystal structure, just the crystal size and volume value are not enough evidence. 我完全不太会用这个,求助啊,我该如何做呢?好不容易审稿回来的意见,不敢不重视啊 |

| 审稿人是要你对硼和铕掺杂后样品的XRD做Rietveld精修,从而获得更精确的晶胞参数,再通过氧原子的占位率判断是否存在氧缺陷。你可能需要收集精度更高的XRD数据,再采用GSAS、MS、Fullprof、Manud等软件对XRD做Rietveld精修,仅供楼主参考,希望对你有帮助,祝好! |
