checkcif 时出现错误，怎么回事呀？？？

把CIF文件上传之后，再上传FCF文件，出现在如下错误： Software error: Can't call method "size" on an undefined value at /Local/Ix86/Linux/httpd/cgi-bin/checkcif_hkl.pl line 157. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (support@iucr.org), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. 如果只上传CIF文件，出现如下警告：这什么ALART代表什么意思呀？ Alert level C ABSTY02_ALERT_1_C An _exptl_absorpt_correction_type has been given without a literature citation. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (support@iucr.org), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. 上面应该是服务器程序出错。为稳妥起见，查看一下你的CIF的157行，有没有不该出现的字符。 如果只上传CIF文件，出现如下警告：这什么ALART代表什么意思呀？ Alart是警告，提示你去处理精修中的不足之处，一般A和B类要干预，C-G类大都可以忽略。 Alert level C ABSTY02_ALERT_1_C An _exptl_absorpt_correction_type has been given without a literature citation. Absorption correction given as psi-scan 以上是提示你吸收矫正的细节不足，用了什么程序和算法。目前很少人用PSI-scan来进行吸收矫正，如果真是如此，就写上用到的程序和细节。 PLAT340_ALERT_3_C Low Bond Precision on C-C Bonds ............... 0.0041 Ang 以上是说你的模型不够理想，C-C键的精度太低了，估计没有在低温下手数据，或者晶体质量不好。注意，很多人认为在室温下收集数据来解结构是种错误。 Alert level G PLAT005_ALERT_5_G No _iucr_refine_instructions_details in the CIF ? PLAT199_ALERT_1_G Check the Reported _cell_measurement_temperature 293 K PLAT200_ALERT_1_G Check the Reported _diffrn_ambient_temperature 293 K 以上都可以忽略了。 |
