在拟南芥根细胞中PDMP（d-l-threo-1-phenyl-2-decanoyl amino-3-morpholino-1-propanol D,L-苏阿糖型-1-苯基-2-鱼腥草氨基酸-3-吗啉-1-丙醇盐酸）可以诱导小液泡快速融合为大液泡，这一过程并不依赖一些已知的蛋白系统。有意思的是，对这一现象的研究表明，这种PDMP诱导的液泡融合与内源钙离子浓度变化没有关系。

在干旱胁迫下，水稻SNAC1可以与OsSRO1c基因启动子结合使其表达，诱导ROS迸发并关闭气孔。同时，一种锌指基因DST也通过调节抗氧化酶系统参与到了对气孔运动的控制。
这篇文章对于水稻非生物胁迫及ROS相关实验做的很全很规矩，突变体及过表达，生物量及表型的记录，抗氧化酶活性测定，蛋白相互作用等等都有涉及。值得开始做水稻相关工作的虫友看看。
