煤沥青制备针状焦的研究
针状焦是生产UHP电极的优质原料,前景广阔。通过溶剂-离心法净化沥青,应用延迟焦化工艺制备针状焦,考察了在聚合过程中QI含量、温度、压力以及时间对成焦的影响。结果表明,原料中QI含量减少有利于针状结构的生成,QI含量小于0.5% 能形成大面积的针状结构;适当的温度和压力能降低体系的粘度促进气流拉焦作用,在450℃、0.7 MPa条件下得到的针状焦较为理想;充足的反应时间保证小球的充分融并,反应20h 体系能融并、重排形成良好的针状结构。

Study on preparation of Needle Coke from coal tar
needle coke was considered the most important industrial raw material for making UHP electrodes. Through the solvent - centrifugation purification asphalt, then preparate needle coke  appling delayed coking process.This study investigated the effection of the polymerization QI  content, temperature, pressure and time,which influences quality of coal car.It was found that reducing content of QI in feedstock is favorable to needle structure formation, content of QI less than 0.5% can form large needle structure; The appropriate temperature and pressure can reduce system with viscosity and promote airflow pull, the quality of needle coke is best in condition 450 ℃,0.7 MPa; system can melt and rearrange form good needle structure at 20h reaction.
